Pets Diet
VIRTUALLY ALL PET FOOD COMPANIES, INCLUDING PREMIUM BRANDS USE DISEASED ANIMALS, DISEASED PARTS, SLAUGHTERHOUSE WASTE [BY-PRODUCTS], AND POWERFUL PRESERVATIVE CHEMICALS. FEDERAL AND STATE GOVERNMENTS EVEN ALLOW THE USE OF ROADKILL, CHEMICALLY EUTHANIZED CATS AND DOGS IN PET FOOD.
There are many pet diets out there and it's up to you to choose what is best for your beloved pet. I personally don't believe in any diet that your pet would have any kind of "Reaction" to or would need to have a "Withdrawal" period. I've done bodybuilding, "clean" kind of diets for competitions and have never went through something like that, and I personally wouldn't want my Bookie or Nemo to go through it either! Just make sure the diet is Balanced and use your own common sense, don't let anyone tell you if what you feel isn't right. Today's Pet Food Industry puts all kind of toxins and substances in their food that we wouldn't even dare eat, so why are we giving the trash to our pets? I personally feed my dogs a Holistic Mix called Essex Cottage farms where you add your own store bought meat (I use Ground Chicken), Green Beans, Carrot, one Egg, half Apple, and a teaspoon oil with each serving. Bookie and Nemo Both love to eat it and have done great on it. I also started feeding them a food for when I couldn't cook. It's called "Spots Stew" by Halo Pet food. They love it and it's very good for them. I want to eat it at times. I now make my own snacks for my dogs. A Homemade recipe.
My Favorite to cook home made Treats, that my dogs LOVE.
